Adult League Rules

Due to our limited number of courts, all captains MUST get permission to form a team from Jack.
All teams members must be a current member of Seven Oaks. You must give a printed copy of your roster to the Pro Shop. Your roster will be verified to be sure all members belong to Seven Oaks.
You also need to email a schedule to Ernie so he can update our calendar.
Captains must check online to be sure your team is listed and they must subscribe to our newsletter so Jack can contact them if needed (click here). Contact Ernie ASAP if your team is not listed.
Captains are responsible for checking the monthly calendar online and on the Pro Shop door for errors. If another team(s) is scheduled at the same time as your home match, you must contact Jack and the other captains about possible soft court availability. Hard courts may have to be used for some of your matches. If you find a scheduling problem, please have the Pro Shop change the door calendar and contact Ernie so he can update the online calendar.
Each team match gets a 15 minute warmup time before each match.
On weekends at least 2 soft courts must always be available for free play. Teams will have to use the hard courts if needed.
Captains should encourage all team members to subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed of current tennis information.
