2024 Member Documents

Notice: 2024 yearly dues are $1,200.00 and are due May 1 (*subject to change*)

• Moved? - if you have recently moved please call the Seven Oaks Office with your new address (919-848-9570).
• Members involved in the 4-year initiation fee plan must also pay their installment by May 1.
• Payment received between May 2nd and May 15th must include a $50.00 late fee with your payment.
• If payment has not been received by May 15, 2024, we assume you choose to no longer be a member and your membership becomes available to someone on our waiting list.

ATTENTION MEMBERS

Members are encouraged to subscribe to our club newsletter to get the latest news like pool parties, bands and food trucks plus up-to-date tennis & pickleball info on special events, clinics, and tournaments.

All Seven Oaks Members are required to present their Seven Oaks Membership key tags to gain entrance to the Pool Complex. For Tennis & Pickleball, you must create an account for your family on Court Reserve. Setup instructions are here.

Upon payment of your 2024 dues your key tags will be activated for the 2024 season. If you have not had cards made, you can do so by calling the membership/business office at 919-848-9570 to schedule an appointment. The office is open by appointments so please call and leave a message first. Replacement cards for lost cards can be issued for a charge of $5. Replacement cards can be ordered from the business office (848-9570) and picked up at the pool office (or pro shop when pool is closed). Make checks out to "Seven Oaks Recreation Center".

Due to the large number of dues we collect from April to May, we ask that you mail your payment to our address listed below. This is a postal mailbox and checks cannot be hand delivered.
