Members are encouraged to subscribe to our club newsletter to get the latest news like pool parties, bands and food trucks plus up-to-date tennis info on special events, clinics, and tournaments.
All Seven Oaks Members will be required to present their Seven Oaks Membership key tags to gain entrance to the club (Pool and Tennis Courts at all times).
Upon payment of your 2020 dues your key tags will be activated for the 2020 season. If you have not had cards made you can do so by calling the membership/business office at 919-848-9570 to schedule an appointment. The office is open by appointments so please call and leave a message first. Replacement cards for lost cards can be issued for a charge of $5. Replacement cards can be ordered from the business office (848-9570) and picked up at the pool office (or pro shop when pool is closed). Make checks out to "Seven Oaks Recreation Center".
Due to the large number of dues we collect from April to May, we ask that you mail your payment to our address listed below. This is a postal mailbox and checks cannot be hand delivered.

In an effort to clear up any confusion as a result of the discrepancy between the newsletter release and the billing, we are sending out another update.
Each year we have to begin our billing process months in advance to prepare each individual statement. The bills were created, sealed, addressed and stamped before corona virus was a problem. For that reason, the information in the bill was not updated considering our current circumstances. Prior to mailing out the bills, we sent out a newsletter release and posted to our website that we would be waiving late fees to make it possible for people to wait and see what happens with the corona virus.
At this time, no one knows what restrictions or dates the government will put on our community next. By waiving the late fee, people can wait to see what the situation will be before paying dues.
Seven Oaks is a year-round club with year-round expenses. Membership dues are calculated based on expenses needed to maintain the facility on a yearly basis despite the current restrictions. Unfortunately, the past two years we have had many increases in expenses that forced us to increase our yearly fees (taxes, insurance, utilities, upkeep, etc.). Our increases are planned years in advance based on past years’ deficits. As of now, the current situation has not afforded us any decline in expenses.
Each year we must contract and pay for planned improvements well in advance, so that they will be completed before the Club begins a new season. These decisions were made and contracts signed long before the corona virus was upon us. It takes many months to prepare the Club for the season. A lot of hard work, labor, preparations, and inspections are required before the season begins. The minute we are given a green light by the government, we are fully ready to open immediately.
This is a tough time for everyone, there are a lot of unknowns and no right answers. In an effort to ease everyone’s minds and questions, we have waived late fees so members may pay dues when they know what is going to happen, and even upon the first visit to the club.
We value each and every one of our members and wish them the best in these tough times. We pray that better times are upon us soon. Should you have any questions, please call our Business/Membership Office at 919-848-9570.
